I just watched the news story, and read some of these very negative reviews. I guess I'm having a hard time with it all, because I've taken my car to Dealer Direct before and had no problems whatsoever.
I give it a 3 star rating, only because does anyone ever really have a 5 star experience when they get their car worked on?
Nonetheless, I have met Chris Shuler and spoke with him on the phone, both times I had my car worked on. He seemed very genuine to me?
I guess the bottom line is you can't really judge a book by its cover, but you certainly can't judge a book by reviews on City Search. Half of these seem fake anyway (both the positive and the negative ones).
