I haven't had a lot of luck dealing with this company as far as dealership work on my vehicle. My van had a couple of issues but was well within the warranty, so I made an appointment. When I got there, I tried to tell them what it was doing. They were very condescending because I am female and told me that was what my van was suppose to do. I knew that it was not and continued taking it back until they corrected the problem. My key was not locking or unlocking my doors and they told me it was a safety feature. When I argued that, they told me it was the battery. It was neither and ended up being something in the door itself. The problem did finally get repaired, but they weren't happy to do it. My husband took his vehicle there for warranty work and had no issues with it, so they may not always have trouble communicating.
