Sharif's has been in the Sacramento area for many years and is family owned and operated so the customer service is superb and flawless.
Sharif has been my parents jeweler for many years and I remember being a little boy and going into his shop with my father so he can purchase my mom a last minute Valentine's Day present, so I figured he must me good because my father will not just shop anywhere.
I had my first experience with Sharif when choosing an engagement ring for my fiance, who is now my wife, but I was very nervous during this time and was not sure what I was doing and Sharif himself basically helped me and found the perfect diamond and setting and made sure it fit within my budget. Sharif is known in California as having the largest and best inventory for diamonds and his stones are the best and the prices are even better.
Sharif does not deal with flawed stones and then try to rip off his customers, he deal only with the best. Local celebrities have been known to use Sahrif's as their diamond guy, people such as Mike Bibby, Chris Webber, and Bobby Jackson of the Sacramento Kings have Sharif as their personal jeweler so he is great.
Give him a try, he even has a slogan: "You don't have to be rich and famous to shop at Sharif's!" and this is true.
