I RECENTLY VISITED THE SALON AT THE SUGGESTION OF A CO-WORKER AT EMERSON HOSPITAL. WELL MY CO-WORKER NOW REGRETS MAKING THE SUGGESTION AND I REGRET TAKING IT. I WAS ATTENDED TO BY A GIRL WHO WAS VERY YOUNG AND VERY INEXPERIENCED. I WANTED A TRIM AND A HIGHLIGHT. WELL, WHEN THIS GIRL WAS DONE I HAD MANY INCHES MISSING AND MY HEAD LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE CRACKED A RAW EGG ON MY HEAD AND LET IT DRIP DOWN. THE HIGHLIGHTS WERE HIDEOUS. THE GIRL , ALYSSA , WAS VERY NICE( CUTE, CHUBBY BLONDE). BUT BOY DOES SHE NEED SOME MORE SCHOOLING.I THINK SHE WAS JUST AS SURPRISED BY THE RESULTS OF HER HIGHLIGHTING JOB. I WAS IN TEARS WHEN I GOT HOME AND MY HUSBAND ASKED WHAT HAD HAPPENED TO MY HAIR.
MY STYLIST QUITE FRANKLY SPENT MORE TIME TALKING TO CO-WORKERS THAN PAYING ATTENTION TO WHAT SHE WAS DOING WITH MY HAIR.
I WAS NOT AWARE THAT SHE WAS QUITE SO INEXPERIENCED AS I FOUND OUT LATER AND WOULD HAVE APPRECIATED BEING TOLD JUST HOW LITTLE EXPERIENCE SHE HAD. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE FOR HAIR...MAYBE SPA SERVICES ARE BETTER. I DO NOT INTEND TO FIND OUT.

Cons: NOT MADE AWARE OF SKILL LEVEL OF SYLIST OR LACK THEREOF!!
