I had the worst waxing ever! It was painful, the girl felt like she was tearing my skin off. I was red and irritated for days. I've had lots of waxing done at other places without any problems! I also had a facial and wished I didn't, it wasn't relaxing. She felt like she was pinching my face and caused red marks. I could have washed my face at home better. I didn't leave feeling or looking like I had a facial or waxing. My skin was irritated and still had hairs! She didn't seem experienced, but said she had worked there since they opened. The salon was noisy and not a good experience. My friend thought the same. After asking around, I've heard similar things. The only reason I went here was because my regular place was booked, which I learned my lesson. I wont be going back!!
Cons: poor facial, waxing, difficult parking, very noisy
