First off I would like to say that Klein Honda of Everett is the best place to buy a new or used car. My son and I had been searching for a 2010 Honda Odyssey and found exactly what we wanted at Klein Honda. We contacted Klein Honda and spoke with an associate named E.J. and he told us that they would probably sell it at the MSRP (manufacturers suggested retail price), so we set up an appointment to look at the vehicle and test drive it. Once we arrived I was surprised at how friendly the staff was. I traveled from Port Angeles, Washington with my son, daughter in law and grandson, upon arrival I was greeted by a salesman named Mike Hansen. He invited us in and showed my grandson and daughter in-law to the waiting room which was to say the least, more than kid friendly (there was more stuff there for my grandson to play with than most family fun centers). After making sure that my grandson was entertained he then proceeded to selling us the car. Now I don't know if all the salespersons at Klein Honda are the same but if they are you will not be able to find a better dealership in Washington. Mike was able to get me the lease terms and pricing I was looking for and he was more than helpful in getting me into the vehicle of my choice. I told him what I was looking for and he got it, he didn't try to sell me on another car or on anything I didn't want. Mike Hansen also stayed till 11:30 p.m.(3 hours after closing) to make sure that I got the deal I wanted. After all the paperwork was done and signed I was very satisfied at the outcome although we did not get the van at MSRP.... I got the van for at least 5,000.00 dollars under that!!! Now I will only shop at Klein Honda for any future car purchases and it's safe to say that my son, daughter in-law, and grandson will do the same. So thank you to Klein Honda and Mike Hansen for the wonderful experience.
