Review content:
I am now old enough to have bought cars a number of times. In the past it has often felt like the salesman or someone along the way was about to take out a hammer to literally pound out the deal. From the moment I walked in to Klein Honda, everyone was great to work with. Started with EJ who I had talked to on the phone regarding internet sales. Since I was not sure whether I wanted a Fit or a Civic, he set me up with Eric Dodd, who was amazingly patient and informative in showing me both Fits and Civics. Eric answered multitudes of questions, and gave the feeling that he really wanted to help find the car that would be best for me. When I had decided, and it was time to put the deal together, he was efficient and again made the process non-stressful. In my experience, there is usually the moment a sales manager shows up to approve or disapprove of a deal, and try to make it work if need be. Joel Cherberg was the manager and was not only a friendly kind of guy, but in a relaxing way--again I had the feeling that he was listening to concerns--was able to quickly get things together and bring us all to the same page. Then there is the finance aspect and completion of paperwork, which inevitably takes some time and explanations. Ken Fisher was professional, informative as should be, and again, a pleasure to work with. These people have put together an environment that takes the long view—it is indeed the kind of place and experience that can take the chill out of buying a car, and that you would actually be glad to go back to or send friends. Now I see there is a reason, or lots more than one, why there are so many positive reviews of those working at Klein Honda.
