Review content:
I've been going to Planet Salon for 9 years now. I started going at the Richmond road location and now the Hamburg location for about 4 years. The past several times I've been there the male receptionist was very rude and condescending, . I commented on his offensive customer service over a telephone survey and was then sent a 30 percent coupon for my next appointment. When I went to my next appointment the same male receptionist was there and again very rude, unhelpful and smug. I'm thinking about going to another salon. I have received the best styles there and know many of the stylists. They're all very nice and professional. They receptionist is the first person you see and greets you when you walk in. Therefore, they impress upon the client the way in which they feel about the Salon itself. Customer service is key and it should be understood that they are the representative of the company.
