I WAS IN A HURRY. I ORIGINALLY WENT TO COMPETING BMW DEALERSHIP BUT AT THAT CENTER THERE WAS VERY BAD SERVICE AND THEY DIDNT EVEN FIX HER VEHICLE. BECAUSE OF THAT BAD SERVICE I WENT TO SHELLY BMW AND IS VERY PLEASED. EVERYONE THERE IS GREAT, ESPECIALLY THE TWO SERVICE ADVISORS. I RECEIVED GREAT SERVICE AND NOW I HAVE NO MORE PROBLEMS WITH MYVEHICLE.
