Samy's Camera is always having sales with some of the best prices in town. Twice a year, usually around Christmas and Father's Day, they have a big sale that lasts 4 days with special doorbuster items at really bargain prices. The doorbusters are limited to less than 10 items per day, so people usually get there very early to wait in line for these specials. I have bought my last two cameras from Samy's as doorbuster specials which saved me a lot of money. They have a couple different locations in the Los Angeles area.
