Businiess name:  Winston-Salem Dog Training by Jim Hodges
Review by:  Rick B.
Review content:
Our family had just recently picked up a third dog from the shelter in ...NC. It was a terrier mix and when we introduced her to our other two dogs everything was great. In time though the new addition to the family started in by being territorial with the food and toys and she started somewhere in week 2 or 3 with chewing up our pillows. We did the best we could and we figured there there was no way we could know for sure what kind of life she had before we adopted her. I decided we had better start looking into hiring a dog trainer because taking her back to the shelter was not even an option. I looked up dog trainer on the web and found Jim Hodges Dog Training, liked what I saw on his site and gave him a call. I explained the challenges we were facing and he put us at ease and asked us some basic questions to get the process started. The other positive was that the training schedule was flexible. Jim could come out to our place or we could come to his location. One of the best skills that we took away from our time with the dog trainer was how to be effective leaders in our pack. Without this skill the dogs are going to be running the show instead of the other way around. I also thought that based on the quality of training and the guarantees that he offered that the cost was more than reasonable.
