I wanted to thank you again for helping me through the process of trading in my 1997 Jeep Wrangler and purchasing a new 2011 CR-V as a surprise for my wife April. As you remember, I was trying to work this process in during the Christmas holiday while we were visiting family. It was a very short time window but your, and the rest of the Williams Honda team, hard work was critical to making it a successful purchase (and surprise!). Thank you! Additionally, I wanted to share a piece of positive feedback that means a great deal to me. I have been away from the Elmira area for over 20 years. And, because of this, I would not likely have thought to come to you for assistance with this if it had not been for my parents. It turns out you have been a great help to them through the past 12 years of family vehicles. While I wasn't sure of what to expect, after running through the numbers and options with you, I am very pleased to have continued this family tradition. In closing, April and I are incredibly pleased with the CR-V and offer our sincerest thanks! We also really appreciate the expertise and attention that you provided.
