They are slick so watch out! I bought a Xmas gift there and they would not refund my money when attempting to return it. They have a 7 DAY RETURN policy which you find out the hard way. The Manager claimed that they make it a point to tell everyone which is a load of crap because I was not told that. I shipped this present to CA. It didn't fit properly because of the cut the jacket had and by the time it was sent back it was beyond their return period. I explained the circumstance but the Manager said that we're a small business and can't afford to absorb these kinds of returns like the other stores. I would have never bought an expensive item like this had I known that they did not have a standard 30 day return policy. After getting a ridiculous store credit for $202.00, I will never shop there again. Go to Ski Barn down the road or shop online to get what you want and superior customer service which Curys Sport Shop lacks. They should be ashamed and I wouldn't be surprised that when you make a large purchase that they will no longer be there upon any chance you need to exchange or return something. These types of slick policies and Managers comments about them not being able to honor returns for 30 days suggests to me that the store may be going out of business at any given time. I rating this store with 0 stars but it would not let me do it
