Our washing machine recently wasn't working properly and after calling several repair companies these guys were able to come out. After about 15 mins of looking at the washing machine the repairman Larry tells us that the is washing machine (which is just over two years old) needs a new motor and new control (granted the machine still runs water and spins out it just wouldnt agitate). He proceeds to tell us that the cost for this AFTER a 20% discount would be $295.00 plus tax to repair! We decide to get another estimate and find out all that was wrong was a wire was fried. Ended up costing under $100 to repair. Steer clear of Better Home Applaince Services. They may look like they know what they are doing but really they just want to rip you off. That was a $50 service charge waste of time and money.
