Review content:
I went to the store over a year ago. I live more than 200 miles from the store. I got home and opened the bag and found one of the necklaces damaged. It was all in one piece when I handed it to the clerk to check out. Somehow the pendant part came off while being bagged. I called the store and explained the situation to the young manager. He graciously sent me another one and told me that if I ever got back to Tyler, he would like to have it back to put in their outlet store. One year later I returned and went to the store to return the necklace and ended up buying more items while I was there. I will continue to return to the store on a yearly basis. I only wish he would open a store near us. I would even gladly manage it for him. I want to thank him and his staff once more for being so nice and replacing the necklace for me.
