When I had a lawn maintenance contractor run over my outside drain cover I called them to replace it. The service tech looked at the cap and said I think I have one on the truck but I am not sure. (After I had called them detailing what I needed with the size). They charged me $150.00 to replace the cap. A $.74 piece that I could have gotten myself and screwed on. When I asked why the large bill he said it was because they came out with a fully stocked truck. If it was such fully stocked why was he unsure if he had the part that I told them I needed? What they did not realize is that I worked for a hardware store and knew the exact price for the piece that they charged me over $5.00 for. I will never use them again.
