Buckhannon Toyota is a good dealership In response to Bruce I have to say that from what I have seen at Buckhannon Toyota they did not deserve this review. Granted I can see how something could get overlooked but it would not have been on purpose. I recently started working there and from what I can see the sales and service staff will try to go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied. They are all about customer loyalty. If they don't satisfy the customer there would be no loyalty. They have also won the 2007, 2008, and 2009 Toyota President's Award. This prestigious award is only awarded to those dealers that are worthy. When looking for a new Toyota give them another try Bruce.
