In my experience with many different real estate management companies over the years, I have never found one to be as professional as Rodemyer Christel. Their managing agents are wonderful to deal with and have made my living in one of their managed properties an absolute delight. My current property manager always makes sure to call me back if she's unavailable or out of the office at the time of my call and is great at replying to emails. When I've reported problems in my home, their friendly and knowledgeable maintenance staff have quickly addressed and fixed them. I never hesitate to call the office because the secretary is so pleasant and helpful and I know I can always call their answering service after hours if I have an emergency. Rodemyer Christel has truly made my living experience in a managed residence a very positive one.
