i've been living in a GroupFox building for over a year now, it's my third location/landlord in the city, and they're definitely the best i've had. i live in one of their mid-rises in uptown, and i've never had a problem. from the beginning, when i was viewing apartments and found one i liked, they made the lease-signing process fast and easy by offering to email and fax everything- meaning i didn't have to leave work to go to an office to sign. when i moved in, the apartment was *spotless*. new paint, floors done, blinds clean, not even dust anywhere. the few maintenance requests i've had have ALWAYS been resolved within 24 hours (thanks to both groupfox and the awesome super). also, they have a system where you can pay rent online, or a desk person 24/7 that you can drop it off at. the things that have really impressed me with group fox are the little ones- the building lobby is cleaned at least once a week, hallway carpets are always vacuumed, and when there was a rip in the awning above the front door, it was replaced! bottom line- i'd recommend group fox as a landlord company to anyone.
