The owner was very informative, courteous and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the parts and explain why certain tools were needed. Not only did he give me a sense of security for my business and my home. My family and I were pleased with the the results. We were amazed that it took less time than I was told by a previous locksmith in the area. Believe it or not he was even the cheapest.
