I have to say that I am very surprised and confused by reading the previous reviews. My first experience at this store was as a bridesmaid a few years back. I knew that when it was my time to chose a dress that it would come from Matina's. I purchased my wedding gown last month from Matina's and just ordered the bridesmaid dresses this past week. I have had nothing less than a pleasant experience each time I visited the store. I had a hard time deciding between two gowns so I went to the store multiple times to try them on. It was difficult to make a decision, but the ladies treated me as if I was their daughter. Each time the ladies there were extremely patient and helpful, especially the owner. She even pulled strings to get a dress for me that wasn't in the store. Overall, I had nothing but a great experience at Matina's and don't agree with the other reviews! I would highly recommend Matina's for exclusive gowns and excellent service!
