I took my almost one year old to the night time care. I expected to wait which I did for over two and a half hours to be seen. My daughter had a temperture of 103.6 I was finally seen and they tested strep and flu both negative. They then decided we need a urine sample. The nurse assistant put the pee bag on my daughters clitorious ( I wasn't going to question it they are the one's that go to school for this! ) My daughter was misserable sometime later I checked to see if I had a sample the bag fell off. I went back early the next morning got another pee bag which they placed on her lips. I then questioned this nurse about how they previously did it the night before. She stated they shouldn't have done it that way. Got home sometime passes check the bag and it again fell off! My husband goes back to tell them this is the second time it keeps falling off. They give him another pee bag to bring home. This doctor then tells him not to bring it back to them to take it to the hosptial and to get blood work done as well. (WIERD that no other doctor suggested this!!) My husband gets and have myself put it on her. I was able to put it on her correctly and was able to have it stay on and get a urine sample. Take it to the hospital and got blood work. Reminder this is 3 days later my little girls temp is going up to 104.5 still wont drop with any Tylenol or Advil every three hours. The doctors didn't give me anything to break the fever! After 8 days of a high fever it finally breaks. I have waited more then a week and a half for the results keep calling and they say oh you got results?! Are you freaking kidding me! I will NEVER ever go back to this doctors office again! DONT recommend anyone that wants good customer service or results for your sick child to go to this office! On top of that having to pay for everything out of pocket with no results! How can a almost one year old be ok with a temp of 103.6- 105 be ok for 8 days??!!!
