Kelley Property has been a pretty good company to rent from. I am in love with the duplex that I rent from them. I had looked into other rentals in Cedar Rapids but I wouldn't have even been able to get a good 2 bedroom apartment at any other place fro anywhere near what I pay for my duplex. I've had a couple of issues with water leaking in my basement, but after a few calls and a couple of trips from maintenance, they finally figured out the problem. I haven't had trouble with is since. I'm considering renting a house in about a year and they will be the first place I look at.
