I purchased a pair of see kai run shoes(which was on sale) for my 13 month old boy who'd just started walking , after he walked for a while i noticed that he was tripping a falling coz the shoes were really flat around the toes (unlike the adult shoes) , he fell down a couple of times which was obviously dangerous for a toddler who is learning to walk and later run..I went back to the store to exchange/return the shoes, the sales clerk who checked us out (Heather who is also the manager of the store) said they don't exchange /return sales merchandise..SHE DIDN'T TELL ANYTHING ABOUT THIS BEING A FINAL SALE WHEN SHE CHECKED US OUT !! When i asked her about that she said it says on the sales receipt :(( I wish i had read these reviews before coz i see one of my fellow reviewer had the same experience !! I like to support local merchants , but i guess now i'd like to support Amazon for their Flexibility !!
