Recently Relocated to Morgantown WV and couldn’t find a real butcher shop. Found Miklas on the web although the drive is 80 miles each way it is well worth the trip.
The prices are very fair considering you can get what you want how you want it cut etc. No prepackaged supermarket meat that came from who knows where and has been on the shelf since who knows when here.
Went in for the 1st time and was treated like a loyal customer that had come here for years. I noted that most customers are called by name.
This is the way shopping is supposed to be done. I stocked up and so far the flavors of the foods have been terrific and so much better than the super market stuff!
Sure you may say the supermarket is cheaper, while that may seem to be the case the supermarket is gouging you on other items to make up the difference.
Do yourself and your family a favor and buy from Miklas, they are very knowledgeable customer friendly clean with fair prices and you’ll know exactly what your buying and when and how it was processed in a clean safe enviroment.
