I recently purchased a 2011 Outback from Bruce Lavallee. I just wanted to let you know we had a wonderful experience at Suburban Subaru. We had been to another dealership a few days before and had a terrible experience. The staff there was unfriendly and condescending. I emailed Bruce immediately when I returned home that night, and within 12 hours of his response we were driving home with our new car. We were able to get the process started over email and phone calls, and the car was ready for us to pick up after work. I feel as though your dealership catered to the customers needs, you did not waste my time and this is very much appreciated. Bruce was straightforward and honest, giving your company a good reputation. We look forward to doing business with you in the future. Thank you, M J
