I wanted to take a minute to thank Style Bath Enclosures for the recent installation of the frameless bypass glass shower door I had installed at my home. Chris and Eddie (I hope I have their names correct) arrived on Monday as scheduled to install the door. My wife was home for the installation; they were both very courteous and professional throughout the installation. I came home Monday evening and inspected the installation to find a minor problem with the position of the header relative to the shower stall and tile work. I called your office Tuesday morning and reported the issue; Fidel scheduled Chris to meet me that afternoon to look at the problem. Chris called prior to his arrival to let me know he was on his way, I met him at my home at 4:00PM. I showed both Chris and Eddie my concern and they were more than willing to correct the problem to my satisfaction and stayed to fix the installation and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. I would like to say I am very impressed with the professionalism of your staff, especially that of Chris and Eddie. They maintained a very positive attitude towards my concerns and (after some head scratching) realized why the header appeared not to be installed properly. It is very refreshing, and not so common these days, to find a company that puts the customer first and honors, without question, their guarantee of 100% customer satisfaction. If asked, I would highly recommend Style Bath Enclosures to anyone.
