Review content:
My very last service experience was pretty much the same-old, same-old: Wisiting with my friends at Chico VW while the technicians quickly and efficently changed my oil and did their 34-point inspection. However, I had a more unusual experience on the morning of Nov. 17th 2010. I had to be in court that morning: and my wife and I were friving from Chico to San Diego as soon after noon as possible. When I started my Jetta early in the morning, it indicated that it was out of coolant. A quick look indicated I was, indeed out of coolant. At 7:50 a.m. I called Chico VW and talked to Guy, who said "bring it in." I dropped off the Jetta a half-hour later and made it to Oroville in time for a scheduled training. Willie Blakely, whom I have known and trusted for many years, took it upon himself to diagnose and fix my car in the three hours I was gone. Upon my return to Chico VW, I was able to literally take my car and shortly thereafter drive directly to San Diego. It doesn't get any better that that.
