I hope you never go out to your garage, push the button for the opener and have the gear teeth grind maniacally while the door shudders but does not open. Last week that happened to me. A-1 Garage Door Service was nearby and owner Frank was very professional on the phone. He was at our home within an hour. After commiserating with us he recommended a number of options. There was no sales pressure, just good professional advice. The next day we had a smooth quiet garage door. The product and Frank's professional manner were exemplary. His crew was fast, friendly and highly skilled.
The price was fair and the result excellent. We splurged on top tier windows and our garage is bright and nicer than ever.
A-1 is just that. I recommend them very highly. Thank you, Frank Kawano!
