Review content:
I called on a Monday to plan a last minute birthday party for my 6 year old son. By Monday evening my son, had begun to throw up. I called first thing on Tuesday morning to let them know that we would have to reschedule, and they informed me that within a 2 week window prior to the party the $100 deposit is non-refundable. She told me that if I brought my son to get a Dr note that stated my son was too sick to play, then I could reschedule. BUT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER $100 deposit!!! A place that is geared towards children should be a little more understanding when it comes to sickness. They were happy to keep the party as scheduled and for me to bring my sick family into their business to get all the other kids playing there sick... think about this before you bring you well kid to play, maybe there is a family there that was unable to cancel so they came anyway. YIKES!
