I'm in the process of buying a new home and needed a home inspection on the home I put a contract on.
I had Cincinnati Reliable Home Inspections come out and Ryann, the owner, was phenomenal. I had been through the home twice and he found so many things wrong or dangerous that I never would have caught.
Because of his advice, I was able to negotiate a reduction in the sale price on the home of $10,000 to take care of these issues.
It was the best $300 or so I've spent in a long, long time.
