I was trully disappointed in the service I received. I preordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries and a "I love you" balloon for Valentine's Day. I was told I had to be there by 12:30 to pick them up, that they wouldn't hold them any longer. I prepaid for them, so this was rediculous. When I showed up at 12:30, as they requested, my order was not ready. I had to wait for over a half hour for my prepaid order. Then they told me they didn't have the balloon I had preordered. They said they didn't have any more. So, they gave me a balloon off a display!!! Really!!! I was already late for my lunch date, so I took it. It looked like something a month old. They said they didn't have any others. So, they gave away my prepaid item to someone else? During lunch the balloon started deflating. It turns out it had holes in it, which they covered with scotch tape. Really!! This is what I paid for!!. After lunch I went back to the store to show them the balloon. Well, they suddenly found the balloon I ordered. Because that is what they brought out to me! The service I received was awful! Apparantly they feel they can treat young people however they want. Their excuse was they were very busy!! Really! Well so am I and that is why I preordered my Valentines gift. I was totally disappointed in my experience and would not order from them again. They should anticipate being busy on Valentine's Day and respect those customers who preorder and prepay! There is no excuse for how I was treated!!!!
