I'm new to the area, and have enjoyed shopping in this consignment store since late in 2010. As as a regular customer, I was, therefore, disappointed, when during a recent visit, a store coupon I brought with me was 'misplaced' (not by me) - and since the gal I'd given it to was gone for the day by the time I was ready to make my purchase - I was not given the courtesy of use of this coupon. A small amount of money - but it was the principle of the thing that got me! This area is well served by numerous consignment shops - Elite Repeats is one of the smaller ones, and a little more out of the way than some of the larger ones; as a regular customer there during the past few months - I was very disappointed by this poor business decision by the management there!
