Review content:
(Burnsville GoodYear), we provide a 12 month, or 12 thousand mile warranty, on all repairs. It states on the customer reciept: "Warranty work has to be performed in our shop & cannot exceed the original cost of repair". The customer has denied us the opportunity to repair the vehicle under warranty, by bringing the car to another unauthorized facility and had the repairs made there. This voided the warranty for the services we have provided. The policy of our shop,as well as any nationwide GoodYear location, states the customer can return to the original repair location for warranty services,or any other authorized GoodYear facility, If the breakdown occurs farther than 25 miles from the original repair location. Based on these facts, we deny any claim against us for the refund of any money.
