For them to fix a leaking pipe they had to remove the toillet then reset it. Some months later I called bc the toillet was leaking. 1rst I was told that they did not mess w/ the toillet then I pointed out that it was written on my invoice that they did then Ms. Jenna said she would speak to the owner, did not call me back. I called back and she told me that they would come btw 2 and 5 that Friday to reset the toillet. Never showed up so I called that same night and again Ms. Jenna told me she would contact the owner and call me back with the time. It's been 3 weeks now and have not heard from them yet. I had a birhtday party that wkend with 12 people in the house ! I had to call someone else to reset the toillet bc Jimmy Cash just blew me off. Won't be calling them again !!
