Review content:
Good: I really like that the professors were so dedicated to their students and to their faith. Each class started with a devotional and/or prayer. They really foster a relationship with Christ at Letourneau. Also, the general vibe was cool because everyone is so nice, not to mention that it was so small that you knew most people on first name basis!. Bad: On the other hand, if you were not super religious then you may end up like me, and feel quite smothered. The school was in a bad neighborhood but it was no worse than any other "minority" neighborhoods, but this school made it seem like WW 3 was always happening across the street. I got to a point where I didn't even want to go to church, more less the required chapel services 3 times a week (maybe it was everyday--I've forgotten how often). Not to mention,Longview, TX is flat out boring!. Improvements: I would really like to see this school become slightly more tolerant of other faiths. They say that their interfaith but this is not so at all. I always got weird looks when I said anygthing other than "Jesus". This school also desperately needs a football team; that in itself will bring a broader variety of folk..
