First I would like to thank you for allowing your company to serve people who may have a unique situation such as myself. I had the opportunity to speak with your sales rep Bruce several times over the last two weeks. His energy, attitude, and straight forward approach made me feel very excited about your dealership. When we arrived me and my family were greeted and introduced to the staff, everyone was very polite and
professional. I also worked with mr. Khasharian of your finance department, he has a awesome personality and a great sense of humor. At one point there were three different people on the phone with the bank wheeling and dealing to get me the best deal. I felt like I had a whole team fighting for me. At the end of the day I knew I had the best deal possible.And that Is what matters most.I have always heard that Micheal automotive was the most popular in the valley, now I know why. My experience was excellent from start to finish. From me and my family thank you ,thank you, thank you.
