I went to this shop for a smog check. My vehicle didn't pass. I dind't have the dough to pay for the diagnostic and repair so they gave me an application for the CAP program. I drove to San Jose and they faxed my application to Sacramento. I got the approval in 30 minutes! Went back to this shop the next day and I only paid $28.25 for the repair! The state paid for the rest!! Thanks Precision!?
