I think that you guys honestly have nothing better to do than bash this company. I have gotten 1 car from them and 1 truck. I was in an accident with my truck and I needed a car asap. Terry was willing to do anything and everything for me to get me in a car. I found a car on their lot that I have wanted for many years and he got me into it. The reason they make you do the credit app first is so you dont pick out a car and get your hopes and and not be able to afford it. If you go to any other dealership its the same thing. It sounds like you do not know how the buying process works. If you look at the prices here they are under the blue book value because they want you to be able to get the car that you want and that you can afford weather you have good credit bad credit or no credit. I bought my blazer 7 months ago and have had my cougar for about 2 months and I had no problems with either of them. All cars will eventually have issues its a freakin computer. Get over it and move on.
