I am writing this letter to commend the service provided by Mr. Guy Johnson. Mr. Johnson has assisted my wife, Angela, and me with two of our vehicles. Of particular note was the last time, Aug. 23, when my wife went into the shop to inquire about obtaining touch-up paint. She had opened the truck door into a chair in the garage which resulted in a chip in the paint. She went to AutoCraft and Mr. Johnson was kind enough to provide her with a small container of touch-p paint at no charge. She was most thankful for his act of kindness and so was I. We wanted to let you know of his action as we believe it is to be commended. Action such as we believe it is to be commended. Action such as this is a great way to encourage customers to spread the word about AutoCraft in Alexandria, VA. Please tell Mr. Johnson that we said, "Thanks again."
