Signed up with Kerivan Lane for their low oil prices...big mistake. Our burner started leaking oil, KL promptly came only to tell us that our 11 year old burner was "dead". They quickly went back to their office and emailed us a quote for $7K to replace. We called another company willing to do it for $5K. The new company came out and informed us our burner needed to be cleaned. Had a certified oil technician come to the house the next day and for $450 he cleaned our system and it is now working perfectly. After several phone calls, emails and finally a letter we received a call from the owner. Now he claims he told us cleaning was an option. They are unethical and outright liars. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
