I don't know what happened to the lock, but I just couldn't get it to close right. And when it did close, it was almost impossible to open up! But the tech that came by said that the mechanism on the inside was worn out, so He replaced the lock for me and not it works, well, like new lol. He was done in a matter in minutes and now all is well. Very happy with the service.
