I bought an anti virus program when I bought the laptop. Of course I was up sold. I had a simple question . When I called to ask, I was told I had to bring in the laptop and leave it for repair. I called a computer store and was told how to resolve it. They had no problem selling but asking a simple question was a no -no. You cant even get a tech on the phone unless you call and pay at the 800 number. I want an Apple but not from Micro.
