So I have lived at madrona pointe for 3 years and when i moved in everything was good. they office was super nice and proffesional. then after a few months of living there i put in a work order and maitnance never came so i got angry went to the office to let them have it and i couldnt do it they were so understanding and kind about it and had matnance take care of the issues asap. i have evan had hard times and they worked wioth me insted of kicking me out how many places do you know that will do that. i also enjoy all of the ammenites that they have i just wish that the hot tub was open. other thatn that i like it.
