As a local resident of Los Angeles it is not easy to find a truly local family-owned and operated business. Paul's Washer and Dryer repair is such a business. We spent our time locating a business whom we could entrust. As landlords who we hire is a direct reflection to our tenants how we treat them.
The reviews on Judy's Book as well as other sites indicated that Paul's was the type of company that we were looking for. We called and spoke with David, Paul's Brother, asking some questions about insurance, license number, David provided as the pertinent details.
We verified the information provided and called back. This company is 100% above board.
Coordinating with our tenant Paul's Service arrived on-time,. was polite, clean and had exceptional communication skills.
The machine unfortunately was beyond repair, but we are very pleased to write this review on their behalf.
Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair is a company that reflects our values as business owner.
