Don from D&R is wonderful. He came recommended by a friend, and gave us a quote significantly less than any of the other companies we considered. As new, first-time homeowners, we were clueless when it came to replacing a furnace, and could have easily been taken advantage of. But Don, salesman and technician, answered all of our concerns. His workmanship is wonderful, and our old bulky furnace was replaced by a quiet, new high-efficiency furnace. That dark corner of our basement doesn’t look so scary and ready to explode anymore. He was even willing to walk us through a completely unrelated issue we were having with another appliance. When our air conditioner goes, I will certainly give Don a call again. Thank you!
