Review content:
I've been to many chiropractors all over the country and after a while, you get a sense of their competence. For instance, some of the chiropractors I've seen over the years were ok, but I realized they basically do the exact same routine every time I saw them. Almost like my adjustment could have been done by a robot.
With Dr. Hess, I’m really impressed by her extensive knowledge of the human body and how the various parts of the body interact. I work on a computer all day and like most people, I’m slumped over the keyboard by 5 o’clock. So I have chronic neck and shoulder pain. But rather than just giving me an adjustment and sending me on my way, she described how I could do few simple things I could do with my posture which made a world of difference.
Granted, I still have to do my part with sitting up straight and stretching now and then but with Dr. Hess, you have a lot more information to work with. I always have a much better sense of well being after my appointment with her. I strongly recommend Hess Chiropractic.
