Review content:
When my computer broke down during finals week at school, I immediately contacted PC Select. After explaining the problem and my circumstances, I was assured they would get to the computer within 24 hrs. I did not hear back for 2 full days and on the third day I went in to the store to see that the computer was still untouched. I was extremely unimpressed with the level of service from this store. Not only did they fail to meet the time line they established, but they also neglected to contact me to say they were behind schedule. I waited forty minutes in the store while the gentleman behind the counter chatted nonstop to a friend that stopped by to say hello. The level of service at this store is shameful and the prices were actually higher than what I paid to a local competitor.
