ESP Wellness Center is Santa Monica's newest gem! The variety of classes and private sessions that are offered are incredible and the energy at the center is always positive.
I've taken both boxing and Pilates several times and did TRX last week and am thirsty for more! I always leave feeling fantastic and the infra red sauna and Biomat are great endings to my workouts as they help my muscles recover.
I highly recommend trying out ESP! You'll feel empowered when you leave.
