Christmas Eve, the one night of the year that most everything is closed, we were able to get through to a plumber using Roto-Rooter's online services. We scheduled an appointment for Christmas Day, and sure enough we received a call first thing in the morning.
Jason, technician #775, came all the way to our house to assess the problem on Christmas! If that's not service, what is?
After diagnosing the problem, the rest was taken care of as soon as possible. Jason picked up the hot water heater and had it installed the following day. The rest is history.
Thanks Jason for resolving our hot water disaster! You did an excellent job and we appreciate your kindness during the holidays and BLIZZARD!
